Please find attached a Novena for Pope Francis (in English and French) that is also available on the Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops website. This provides an opportunity for the Catholic faithful to unite in prayer during the Novendiales (nine days of mourning for the Holy Father), which will begin on April 26,2025 and end on May 4, 2025.

The Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops has also prepared a memorial page dedicated to Pope Francis’ life – the website can be found here in English and here in French. The webpage may be helpful for communications and liturgical memorials.

The Archdiocese of Toronto’s Office of Public Relations & Communications has also prepared a dedicated site with information about Pope Francis, the College of Cardinals and the Conclave. This site can be accessed at: www.archtoronto.org/popefrancis - it has been particularly helpful for the media covering this important moment in the life of the Catholic Church. Feel free to utilize as appropriate for your own community or personal use.
